Werkor werkor
For independent HVAC & home-repair contractors

Know the unitbefore you open the panel.

Werkor keeps every condenser, furnace and air handler you've serviced — model, serial, nameplate photo, manuals, parts, refrigerant log and warranty dates — tied to the customer and site. Maintenance agreements, the day's dispatch board, estimates and invoices live in the same app.

No credit card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan after 7 days.

Sound familiar?

The unit's history is somewhere. Just not where you are.

The nameplate photo is in your camera roll

Somewhere between job site pictures and family photos. The callback comes eight months later and you're scrolling in the customer's driveway.

You look up the same manual again

Same model, same portal, same search — because last time's link went into a text thread you'll never find.

The paperwork waits until 10 PM

Estimate in one app, notes in another, invoice in a spreadsheet. The office work happens at the kitchen table after the last call.

Tune-ups you sold slip by

The spring visits on your maintenance plans live in a spreadsheet or your head. A customer who paid for two visits gets one, and doesn't renew.

Refrigerant records on scraps of paper

How much went into that system last year, who charged it and under whose EPA card? It's on an invoice copy somewhere, if anywhere.

Warranty dates nobody checks

You find out the compressor was still covered after you've quoted the customer for it, or that your own labor warranty ran out last month.

What changes

Run the service side, not just the call.

Equipment that remembers

Brand, full model, serial and type for each unit, checked against the nameplate, with saved parts and every job you've done on it.

Manuals and job notes

Open an official manufacturer portal from the unit, then save the manual link, your repair notes and PDFs where the whole crew can find them on the next call.

Maintenance agreements

Set 1 to 12 visits a year per customer and site. See what's due and overdue, and turn a visit into a job, with its equipment attached, in one click.

Refrigerant log

Every charge, recovery and leak check on a unit, with the technician and their EPA 608 credential. Entries can't be edited, only voided with a reason. Export to CSV.

Warranty dates on every unit

Install date and parts, compressor and labor warranty ends, with a warning 90 days before one runs out.

A dispatch board for the day

Each technician's visits side by side. Reassign, reschedule and book unscheduled jobs from one screen.

Maintenance agreements

Every visit you promised, in one list.

Overdue, due in the next 30 days, and later. One click turns a visit into a scheduled job with the customer's equipment attached. Werkor tracks the agreement price; you invoice it as usual.

Werkor's Maintenance agreements screen: one active agreement worth $189 a year, an overdue visit and upcoming visits, each with Create job, Mark done and Skip buttons.

How it works

Three steps on the first visit. Seconds on every one after.

1

Add the unit from the job

It inherits the customer and site. Enter brand, model and serial, attach a nameplate photo, and mark the model confirmed.

2

Save what you looked up

Open the manufacturer's portal from the record, find the right document, and save it — with your own notes — to your job notes.

3

Link it to the next service call

On the callback, the same record opens with its history, notes and parts. Estimate, photos, crew time and invoice all stay with the job.

Before and after

Same calls. Less digging. Fewer missed visits.

Straight answers

Do I need a credit card?

No. Start the seven-day trial without entering payment information.

What happens after seven days?

You choose whether to subscribe. Werkor does not convert the trial into a paid plan on its own.

Does Werkor find the manual for my model automatically?

No. Werkor links to official manufacturer resource portals and lets you copy the model in one tap; you search there and confirm the document fits your model and serial. Whatever you save goes into your private job notes, so you only look it up once. Werkor does not send customer, job or equipment data to those sites.

Does it track maintenance agreements, refrigerant and warranties?

Yes, on Foreman. Agreements set 1 to 12 visits a year and list what is due and overdue; one click turns a visit into a job. Werkor tracks the agreement price but does not bill it for you. Each unit has a refrigerant log (charges, recoveries, leak checks, with the technician's EPA 608 credential) and its install and warranty end dates. Werkor keeps the record; it does not calculate leak rates or decide what the regulations require. Commissioning readings are not built yet.

Can I take card payments and send automatic payment reminders?

Yes, on the Grow plan ($139/month, up to 10 active jobs and 10 crew). Foreman covers estimates, invoices and keeping clients posted by text and email.

Does it work with QuickBooks?

Werkor exports CSV files in QuickBooks' import formats. Automatic two-way QuickBooks sync is not built yet.

Does it do dispatch or route planning?

Foreman includes a dispatch board: each technician's day, with reassigning and rescheduling. Ordering a technician's stops to cut driving is on the Crew plan ($199/month); it uses straight-line distance, not live traffic, and nothing is rescheduled until you apply it.
